Pro Tip: If you’re new to crafting prompts, start simple and refine as needed. If you have a trafficking sheet, you can create a formula to aggregate all the important information, or to hardcode information (like account information or platform names) so you don’t have to rewrite those each time.
Step 3: Execute the Prompt
Once your prompt is complete, execute it to create the ad.
Click the blue arrow next to the promo to process your trafficking request.
The ad will be created in a paused state on the respective platform. You’ll receive:
A link to the ad in the respective ads manager for further review.
A preview of the ad (if supported by the platform) in Alli or through a preview link provided by the platform.
Step 4: Review and QA in Platform
Currently, QA and adjustments happen directly in the platform where the ad is deployed.
Use the provided ads manager link to review your ad’s details, such as targeting, creative, and budget.
Make any necessary edits directly within the platform to ensure the ad aligns with your objectives.
Note: We’re actively developing an enhanced QA stage within Alli Ad Trafficking to allow you to visualize and adjust ads before deployment. Stay tuned for updates as we roll out this feature.
Step 5: Activate Your Ad
After QA, return to the platform and activate the ad when you’re ready to launch.
By following these steps, you’ll be able to efficiently create and deploy ads using Alli Ad Trafficking while leveraging platform tools for final QA and adjustments. Future updates will make the process even more seamless!
