Troubleshooting Creative Insights with Creative Performance
As an example, let’s say that we find a Madewell Revenue mismatch issue between the Creative Insights tool and the Meta platform UI for a particular ad and date range. We can troubleshoot this mismatch by querying the creative_performance datasource using Alli Data Explorer.
-
If the
Revenuefrom theMeta UIand thepurchase_conversions_valuefrom thecreative_performancemodel do not match, then it is most likely an issue with thecreative_performancedatasource. Submit a support ticket here and selectData Libraryunder theFeaturedropdown.
