How-to Add A New Slack Workspace to send alerts to

Overview

Adding a Slack Workspace to your client in Alli enables you and your team to receive communications from Alli directly to your Slack channels.

Instructions

To begin, navigate to your client portal within Alli.

Next, click through to the Notifications page within your client portal and navigate to Connected Apps.

Lastly, click Add Slack Team. This will redirect you to a Slack webpage where you will allow Alli access to your Slack Workspace.

If you are not a Slack Workspace Owner you may need to submit a request to your Workspace Owner to install the Alli App. Follow the on-screen prompts within the Slack pop-up. Once the request has been approved you will need to follow these same steps again.
