Frequently Asked Questions
Why are some of my campaigns missing in Alli after the datasource loaded?
This could be a number of reasons but commonly it’s because the account that contains the missing campaigns wasn’t selected in the Additional Configuration section of the datasource set up page.
Why does my datasource keep failing to load?
This could be a number of reasons but commonly it’s because of the authenticated user credentials being leveraged in the Required Authorization section of the datasource set up page. To resolve, first ensure that the Google account being used in the Required Authorization section has the correct reporting permissions in the Google Ads platform. If that is configured properly, ensure that the Google account’s token is not expired by clicking the Refresh Google Ads Access button in the Required Authorizations section of the datasource setup page and follow the prompts to login with the correct Google account.
