Datasources & run times

Datasource are generally run at these times, however, intentional randomness is added to the refresh times which can slightly delay jobs. Typically data is loaded into Alli before 9 am CST. 

Automatic refresh times begin after Midnight on the following day.

Why does Alli Data not give the option to select a time?

Data load times are optimized to run when complete partner data can be pulled through to ensure optimal reporting. If you have any experience with data being incomplete at the current times, please reach out in the #alli-data slack channel or submit a support ticket here

Real Time

You can set certain datasources to pull in data in real time. Once you set the setting to be real time, it should take 1 day to start taking into effect.

Real time datasources run every hour from 9AM to 11PM
