When you create a report, it should provide you an SFTP option and will make you fill out some items:
Server: sftp.alliplatform.com
Port: 22
Path: /writeable/
User Name: Whatever username you created in Step 1
Password: Whatever password you created in Step 1
Test the credentials and save
Create Datasource in Alli
You will need to wait for the file to come through in the SFTP to see what the columns are and what the file name is
You should be able to log into FileZilla and retrieve this or reach out to Alli Support team
Use the “FTP/SFTP” data source type
Click on SFTP checkbox
Host: sftp.alliplatform.com
SFTP Username: The username you created in Step 1
Password: the password which alli SFTP generated and you saved from previous steps (Otherwise you will have to create new SFTP user)
File Name: the file name that comes through in the SFTP
Example File Name: BRANDNAME_Monitored Ads by Date_Past 30 Days-20211109.csv
The appended info will change each day so you can try inputting ‘BRANDNAME_[^.]+.csv’ as the file name in the datasource to automatically ingest the latest file
Define your data based on the file that came through the SFTP
Load and you are done!
