This will allow you to deploy lists to the Google Ads platform to target users upon.
It requires one of the following PII attributes:

Google Customer Match Uploader
Sending your audience data using the Google CMU Alli connection allows you to re-engage with your customers across Search, Shopping, Gmail, YouTube, and Display.
PMG is a data management platform (DMP) partner that can upload Customer Match data on behalf of clients to different products . This partnership allows us to push clients audience data to partners/publishers for targeting.

This does not send any PII data to the bucket. It will only send the other information present in that list.
