How to: Publish a Persona in Audience Planner

Publishing personas makes them visible to all users within your client workspace, facilitating collaboration and broader access to powerful features.

Step-by-Step Guide:

Publishing a New Persona:

  1. Create Your Persona:

    • Navigate to Audience Planner.

    • Enter the prompt, clearly specifying the audience characteristics and your intended product, and press Enter or click the ‘Create a Persona’ button.

  2. Review Persona Details:

    • Verify all entered information is accurate and complete.

  3. Publish Directly:

    • Click the "Publish" button directly to immediately make your persona visible to all workspace users.


Publishing a Draft Persona:

  1. Access Your Draft Persona:

    • Navigate to your draft personas on the homepage.


  1. Review and Edit (Optional):

    • Make any final refinements as necessary by clicking "Edit."

  2. Publish Draft Persona:

    • When ready, click the "Publish" button on the persona's details page.


Important to Know:

  • Publishing a persona is immediate and visible to all workspace users.

  • Once published, personas enable team-wide collaboration and full use of advanced features like "Ask Me Anything."

  • If changes are needed after publishing, you can always revert to draft status through unpublishing.
