How to: Save Persona as a Draft

Drafting personas allows you to refine your audience insights privately and access the "Ask Me Anything" feature without sharing your work prematurely. Follow these simple steps:

Step-by-Step Guide:

1. Navigate to the homepage of Alli Audience Planner:

   • Click on Audience Planner and create a persona using the prompt decribing the Audience and the product you want to sell them.

2. Save as Draft:

   • Once you have viewed, validated or even edited it, click the dropdown arrow next to the "Publish" button.

   • Select "Save Draft Persona."

3. Accessing Your Draft:

   • Your persona is now saved privately in draft mode; directly accessible via the home page only to you

   • You can continue editing, refining, and exploring insights through the Ask Me Anything feature immediately.

5. Publishing When Ready:

   • Once you're confident in your persona, click "Publish" to make it accessible for your whole team.

Using drafts gives you full control to perfect your personas before they're shared broadly. Happy drafting!
