How To: Export Your Dashboard Data Table

Purpose

Generative Dashboards allow you to export the data table behind your dashboard for further analysis or sharing. Currently, only the table is exportable — not the charts or visualizations.

Steps

1. Open Your Dashboard

   • Navigate to the dashboard you want to export data from.

2. Locate the Data Table

   • Scroll down to the Data Table section of the dashboard.

3. Open the Export Menu

   • In the top right corner of the table, click the three dots (⋮) menu.

4. Download Your File

   • Select Download as CSV or Download as Excel.

   • The file will automatically download to your device.

Notes & Best Practices

• Only the data table can be exported — not the charts.

• Exports respect any filters applied at the dashboard level.

• Choose CSV for lightweight files, Excel if you want built-in formatting.
