Purpose
Clients can view dashboards that have been shared with them, but they cannot create or edit dashboards. To share, you need to mark a dashboard as Shared and then send the client the dashboard’s link.
Clients user have all been added so they have the required permissions to the application; if you are not sure just put in a support request and the Alli team can get them added.

Client Access
-
Clients will have view-only access.
-
Only the user who created the dashboard can edit or delete it.
-
Notes & Best Practices
-
Clients cannot navigate to the landing page of Generative Dashboards — you must send them the link.
-
Make sure the dashboard is set as Shared before sending, or the client won’t be able to view it.
-
Edits only appear to clients after you click Save again.
-
If multiple strategists/teammates need access, just send them the same link or they should be able to see shared dashboards on the Landing Page for Generative Dashboards.
