Overview
This document walks you through activating/deploying a value based list to Meta LTV. A list can be an audience list, segment or power audience.
Make sure you have authenticated Facebook.
Instructions

To deploy a list to a Meta LTV audience - you will have to have an alli audience list containing a meta value column
Facebook does not allow sending non meta value based list to value based audiences. To send to Facebook LTV - you must have a Meta Value column in your list.

Deploy this list normally and choose Facebook as the deployment location.

This will bring you to the deployment form.

Select the authenticated user from the list. If there is only 1 user - the dropdown will be populated and selection will not be available.

Next select the account ID of the facebook audience you want to deploy to from the AD ACCOUNT dropdown. If no accounts are populated in the dropdown - make sure the authenticated user has the correct access.

For new lists being deployed - you will have to create a new value based custom audience in meta - you can do this from alli audiences or from the facebook UI. To do it from alli audiences - click on the + button beside the custom audience dropdown.

Select the is value based checkbox when creating the audience list & click save.

Select the newly created list and click on Save & Send on the top right.
