How-To: Browse Available Templates
Definition
Templates are the foundation for most Tasks. There are two types and locations of templates.
Template Library - These are templates designed, created, and maintained by the development team at PMG, and are accessible to every client in Alli.
Some are designed to accomplish a single common action with a single platform (like downloading a file from Google Drive) and require minimal details/credentials.
Others are more complex and designed to accomplish a full process, like Budget Consolidation, Anomaly Detection, Search Automation, and may perform multiple actions across multiple platforms.
Client Templates - These are templates designed, created, and maintained by the development team at PMG or by users within your Alli client, and are only accessible to users within that client in Alli.
Meaning: if a client template is created in
Playground
a user in theDemo
client within Alli would not be able to use or see that template.
