Definition

A Template's Visibility refers to who in the organization can actively see the Template when building a New Task with a Template.

Enabled - Public
Enabled - Internal
Power Users - Only those with Power User permissions to the app can create and edit Templates can see and use this Template when building a Workflow.
No One - No one can see or use this Template when building a Workflow.
